Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of HR functions, from recruitment to employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the company.
- Address employee queries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and support the development of organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Handle HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in managing HR audits and compliance-related activities.
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within recruitment or talent management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HR systems and tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
