Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting the overall financial health of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies or errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursement procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budget variances, and tax invoices.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in accounting practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
