Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic in Dubai is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain our inventory, ensuring that all essential supplies are readily available for daily operations. This role is crucial in supporting our clinic’s ability to deliver high-quality care by ensuring our facilities are well-stocked and efficiently organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor usage trends, and perform regular stock counts to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Reordering Supplies: Coordinate with suppliers and place timely orders to replenish stock based on usage and upcoming demand, ensuring no interruptions in clinic operations.
  • Receiving Deliveries: Inspect and verify all incoming stock deliveries for accuracy and quality, checking them against purchase orders and addressing discrepancies.
  • Stock Organization: Organize and label inventory items systematically, ensuring they are stored in an accessible, orderly manner to facilitate efficient retrieval.
  • Monitoring Expiry Dates: Regularly check expiration dates on medical supplies and equipment to avoid the use of outdated items.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, invoices, and records of daily stock movements in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the storage areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Waste Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve inventory utilization to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Inventory Audits: Assist with periodic inventory audits and provide accurate data to support financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory clerk, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory items when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams to address inventory needs.
