Key Responsibilities
- Represent the clinic in dealings with government authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for staff members.
- Handle the timely submission of legal documents, permits, and certifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, crafting press releases and communication materials.
- Monitor and address public feedback, enhancing the clinic’s reputation.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of all public relations and government-related transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant PR tools.
