Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a healthcare environment and can efficiently manage a team, workflows, and office resources.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate front desk activities
  • Schedule patient appointments and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of office and medical supplies
  • Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee coordination
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations
  • Generate regular reports on clinic performance, budgets, and operations
  • Support finance department with invoicing, billing, and petty cash management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role
  • Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements in the UAE
