🗂️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate front desk activities
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure proper record-keeping
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of office and medical supplies
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee coordination
- Maintain compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations
- Generate regular reports on clinic performance, budgets, and operations
- Support finance department with invoicing, billing, and petty cash management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements in the UAE
