Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee and manage the supply chain operations of our clinic in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring that medical equipment, supplies, and operational resources are efficiently procured, stored, and distributed to support our high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and clinic resources.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of essential equipment and materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards.
- Monitor logistics costs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and logistics best practices.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and stock movements to prevent shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address logistics and supply-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and healthcare supply standards.
