Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and contribute to their development and improvement.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting employee goals and objectives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing and manage employee benefits.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable in Dubai.
- HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably within the healthcare or service sector.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification: Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
