HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our HR department, supporting the clinic’s hiring, onboarding, and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate communications.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive all necessary materials, training, and guidance to integrate seamlessly.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave balances, and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Policy Communication: Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to staff members, fostering a clear understanding of company practices.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support, escalating matters to the HR Manager as needed.
  • HRIS Management: Input and update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS) and assist with maintaining up-to-date data.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the HR team in preparing payroll data by gathering attendance records, leave information, and other required inputs.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate with the HR Manager to schedule training sessions and assist with tracking employee development activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, supporting documentation and filing for audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within healthcare or wellness settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
