Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Clinical Support: Assist physiotherapists and other medical staff in delivering treatments and therapies.
- Medical Procedures: Administer medications, dress wounds, and perform other nursing procedures as per the clinic’s protocols.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-care instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately document patient histories, treatments, and medical observations in compliance with clinic policies.
- Safety and Hygiene: Ensure adherence to infection control standards and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate care during medical emergencies, following established protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- License: Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a physiotherapy or outpatient clinic setting.
- Skills: Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse patient needs compassionately.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation processes is an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
