This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure proper handling, organization, and security of confidential medical and administrative records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize patient records, medical documents, and administrative files.
- Ensure proper documentation control procedures are followed in compliance with clinic policies.
- Manage the digital and physical storage of records, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Assist in updating and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to track and archive necessary documentation.
- Implement and oversee document security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Support audit processes by providing required documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in document control, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
