Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a Document Controller to manage and maintain our documentation processes efficiently in our Dubai facility. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure proper handling, organization, and security of confidential medical and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize patient records, medical documents, and administrative files.
  • Ensure proper documentation control procedures are followed in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Manage the digital and physical storage of records, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Assist in updating and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to track and archive necessary documentation.
  • Implement and oversee document security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in document control, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
