Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our administrative team in Dubai. If you have strong numerical skills and a passion for accuracy in financial documentation, this role is a great opportunity to grow in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process accurate invoices for patient services and insurance claims.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment methods, and insurance coverage clarifications.
  • Reconcile daily billing transactions and prepare financial summaries.
  • Work closely with the finance and front desk teams to ensure billing consistency and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic policies, privacy regulations, and UAE healthcare billing standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of billing or finance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical billing systems and insurance procedures in the UAE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting or billing software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
