Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily operations in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting patients, and coordinating with staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in handling billing, invoicing, and insurance claims.
  • Maintain and update patient databases and clinic documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communication.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff and management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
