Front Office Executive

Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, people-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash reports.
  • Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist in maintaining patient records and filing documents as required.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and inventory of front desk supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of front office or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with clinic management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance, pleasant demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
