Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process accurate invoices for patient services and insurance claims.
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment methods, and insurance coverage clarifications.
- Reconcile daily billing transactions and prepare financial summaries.
- Work closely with the finance and front desk teams to ensure billing consistency and compliance.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, privacy regulations, and UAE healthcare billing standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of billing or finance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical billing systems and insurance procedures in the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting or billing software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
