Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. If you are passionate about people management and creating a positive workplace culture, this role offers a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and assist in performance evaluations.
- Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
