Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a Cashier to manage daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism. As the first point of contact for payments, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth billing processes while providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, credit card, and insurance payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change to patients as required.
  • Maintain daily cash registers, reconcile transactions, and generate reports.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with clinic policies and accounting procedures.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate record of financial transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling payments professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a healthcare, retail, or service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
