Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a Cashier to manage daily financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism. As the first point of contact for payments, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth billing processes while providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card, and insurance payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to patients as required.
- Maintain daily cash registers, reconcile transactions, and generate reports.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
- Ensure all transactions comply with clinic policies and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain an organized and accurate record of financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling payments professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a healthcare, retail, or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions efficiently and with attention to detail.
