Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient flow and minimal waiting times.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to patient calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information on services, appointments, and procedures.
  • Billing Assistance: Process payments, explain billing details, and support patients with any billing or insurance-related queries.
  • Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records accurately within our system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Follow-Up Care: Conduct follow-up calls or messages to patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather patient feedback, helping us identify areas of improvement and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, administrative staff, and management to provide seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Customer Service or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills with a friendly, patient-centered approach.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with patient management systems is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and patient scheduling is essential.
