Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including skin assessments and treatment planning.
- Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor patient progress and address any concerns or complications during their treatment journey.
Aesthetic Treatments:
- Administer aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
- Assist physicians during advanced procedures when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Clinical Operations:
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, ensuring proper stock levels for daily operations.
- Support the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients on available treatments, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Promote healthy skincare routines and lifestyle choices that complement aesthetic results.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) nursing license or eligibility for licensure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
- Proven experience in administering aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and laser therapies.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
